1Remove top and bottom of banana. Make slit on the banana. Peel the skin. Immerse the peeled banana in cold water.
2Mix salt, turmeric and water in a bowl. Set aside.
3Heat oil for deep frying.
4Use a slicer and slice the banana directly over the oil.
5Add a little of the salt and turmeric mix.
6Fry till crispy.
7Drain on some paper towel.
8Cool it down.
9Store in a air tight container.
