1First we have to Marinate the cleaned fish with the ingredients( listed from pepper powder to salt ).
2Then Refrigerate for 30 mins. After that Beat the egg whites lightly.
3Add some plain flour and 1-2 tbsp water and make a smooth paste.
4Dip each fish piece in egg white and roll in breadcrumbs mix. Freeze it for 10 mins.
5Deep fry in oil. Serve it with sweet chilli sauce/chilli mayo/ tomato ketchup.
