1Cut parotta into medium sized shapes.
2chop onions into chunks and capsicum sliced into thin strips.
3crush both garlic and finely chop the ginger.
4chop coriander leaves with the stem and slit the green chillies.
5heat oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic.
6when it turns golden brown add chopped ginger.fry it.
7add onion and fry it, then add capsicum,chillies and coriander leaves.
8fry it in a high flame.
9add mentioned powders then sprinkle some salt.
10Add the sauce.
11with the minimum flame make sure that the ingredients are evenly coated.
12Now add parotta pieces and mix well.Then garnish with coriander leaves,spring onion,carrot and then stir.
