Masala tea or masala chai is the evening and morning favorite tea. It is popular part in indian household.Masala added into normal tea which makes more special.

1Take equal amounts of cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and star anise together in in a pan and then roast it.

2Then started to grind the roasted product to get a powder.

3Put the ground mixture with the remaining ingredients into the boiling water.

4Stir and bring it to simmer.

5Serve hot along with some tea-time munchies.
