1Boil veggies ,Drain excess moisture if left.
2Mash them well.Add bread crumbs,powdered poha,salt,ginget,garam masala and chilies to the vegies.
3Mix it all well ,it must be a non sticky dough.
4if needed add more bread crumbs to make it non sticky.
5make 13 to 14 patties and set aside.
6make slightly thin besan or rice flour.
7dip each patty in the batter on the both side.
8place them on the bread crumbs
9place them aside for 5 to 10 minutes
10Heat oil in a pan and fry them on the both the side until golden
Method to Make Green Chutney:
11 cup coriander leaves,1/2 cup coriander leaves.1/2 cup mint leaves/pudina,1 tbsp fried gram /dalia,1/2 to 3/4 cup cumin,salt as needed,2 to 4 hot green chilies,1/4 inch ginger,2 to 3 medium sized garlic cloves.
2lemon juice as needed.
3Blend all the ingredients together with 2 tbsp water.
4add lemon juice and mix.
5serve vegetable cutlet with green chutney
